Deputy Minister awards three persons with title of Honorary Doctor

Three persons have been decorated with the titles of honorary doctors for their support to various projects implemented successfully at the Open University. Vice speaker of the parliament of Georgia, Rusudan Kervalishvili, ambassador of China to Georgia Chen Jianfu and the head oft the EUMM mission to Georgia Anzhei Tishkevich were warded by the deputy minister of education Giorgi Chakhnashvili. - "rustavi2"
