The member of Israeli Knesset, one of the leaders of a political party “Likud”, David Bitan, was awarded honorary doctorate degree of Grigol Robakidze University for his contribution in the development of the university in 2015-2019, and for the support of the creation of the Holocaust studies and Israeli room.
