Officers of Georgia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) arrested Giorgi Akopyan, born in 1983, who is suspected of wounding Kakhi Bibiluri, a 46-year-old man in Vake district of Tbilisi late on May 7. - "1TV"

Bibiluri was inflicted the wound with a knife in his stomach area. Davit Sakevarishvili, 31, was with Bibiluri during the incident. He was beaten up.

The two men were taken to Tbilisi Republican Hospital. Bibiluri was operated on last evening. Sakevarishvili’s health condition is reported to be stable.
