“The Robbery of the Century” and the embezzlement of 270 million GEL – the investigation approaches Otar Partskhaladze

The former chief prosecutor may face the trial. As “Mtavari Arkhi” Channel found out, Otar Partskhaladze is a major person of interest in the case concerning the embezzlement of GEL 270 million.

According to “Mtavari Arkhi” Channel, the tax scheme has been completely revealed. “Mtavari Arkhi” Channel identifies two main ways: 1 - false exports, and 2 - a hacker attack on the Revenue Service system.

Within the framework of the mentioned case 38 businessmen were detained, who represent Partskhaladze's entourage. Partskhaladze is named to be the organizer of this scheme.

The interrogated businessmen admit that the investigation mentioned Partskhaladze's name, though they could not elaborate on this issue due to the non-disclosure clause.
