Migration Department Deports 103 Foreign Citizens from Georgia
Employees of the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in close coordination with the relevant units of the Ministry, have deported 103 foreign citizens from Georgia as a result of the measures taken in recent days. The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
According to the department, in accordance with the current legislation, the deported persons have been banned from entering the country.
"As a result of the complex measures carried out by the Migration Department, a total of 103 citizens of Turkey, India, Egypt, Russia, Turkmenistan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, China, Azerbaijan, Nigeria, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Ghana, Congo, Thailand and other states were expelled from the country. As a result of the relevant complex measures intensively carried out across the country, in March of this year alone, 360 illegal aliens were expelled from Georgia, and in the first quarter of 2026, 904 were expelled," the MIA said in a statement.
