The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, congratulates the President of Georgia and the people of Georgia on Independence Day.
According to the Georgian Presidential Administration, the corresponding document of congratulations is being shared with the Georgian side by the Acting US Ambassador to Georgia, Alan Purcell.
“Dear Mr. President, On behalf of the United States of America, I congratulate the people of Georgia on their national holiday. This year provides new opportunities to renew the friendly ties between the American and Georgian peoples and to promote the security and prosperity of our countries. The United States continues to unwaveringly support the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia within its internationally recognized borders. We support the Georgian people in their pursuit of sustainable security, self-determination, and independence,” Donald Trump’s congratulatory letter states.
