Competition and Consumer Protection Agency Fines Community Soft Solutions LLC

The Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency has fined Community Soft Solutions LLC for failure to provide information.

Specifically, a fine of GEL 3,000 was imposed on Community Soft Solutions LLC.

“The Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency, based on the Order of the Chairman of the Agency No. 10/1320 of November 10, 2025, is conducting an investigation into the alleged violation of Article 11 (3) (Unfair Competition) of the Law of Georgia on Competition by Community Soft Solutions LLC.”

As part of the investigation of the case, the agency requested relevant information/documentation from the respondent economic agent, which, despite the delivery of the letter, the economic agent did not submit within the specified period. Accordingly, a fine of 3,000 GEL was imposed on Community Soft Solutions LLC, the information states.
