    The feast following the Descent of the Holy Spirit.

    The Holy Mother of Our Apostles, the Righteous Virgin Nino (entry into Georgia, c. 323); the Venerable John, Bishop of Gutheli (ordained in Georgia, 770-790); the Hieromartyr Patrick, Bishop of Prussia, and his three fellow presbyters: Acacius, Menander, and Polyenus (100); the Martyr Kaluta of Egypt (284-303); the Righteous Prince Demetrius of Don (1389); the Martyr Migdonius of Egypt, of Hermopolis (III-IV).

    The seven (seven) are clear.

    “Holy Monday” – this term in liturgical collections refers to the second day of the feast of the Descent of the Holy Spirit – Monday. This is the beginning of the feast following the Descent of the Holy Spirit, and not a separate feast of the Holy Spirit. The days following the subsequent feast are called Holy Tuesday, Holy Wednesday, etc. And its end, or the sending off, will be on Saturday, June 31 (13).

    1195 - The Battle of Shamqori took place between the Georgian army and the army of the Adarbadagan Atabag Abu-Bekr. The Georgians defeated the enemy.

    1962 - Workers' unrest began in the city of Novocherkassk. They spoke out against price increases. The Soviet army shot a peaceful demonstration, 24 people were killed, 39 were wounded. The court sentenced 7 to death.

    1980 - Ted Turner's CNN, the first international

    24-hour news channel, began operating.

    1990 - An accident on the Mtatsminda cable car in Tbilisi killed 19 people.
