The German Ambassador to Georgia, Peter Fischer, announced that his term of office in Georgia has expired.

He wrote about this in Georgian on X and said goodbye to the citizens of Georgia.

“Our term of office in Georgia has ended. Thank you, happily and “Auf Wiedersehen,” Fischer wrote on X.

He also posted a photo taken on Rustaveli Avenue near the April 9 Memorial, accompanied by the music of the English musician Peter Gabriel, “Won't Stand Down.”
