However, here they stole money that was allocated for cleaning dams and took bribes to issue construction permits where construction is not allowed. Since they are also ignorant, they simply did not realize that violating construction norms entailed a real danger. So corruption, ignorance and, that is, “scammers” are dangerous for your health and life. At the same time, I cannot but emphasize the failure of the opposition to fulfill its role. It has long been known that construction poses a threat to the safety of the population. Why didn’t they make a story before, why did they wait for a disaster to happen and then turn into TV commentators?
