As the head of government noted, the opposition has no resources either on the streets or in the elections.
"Really, look at the situation - they don't like each other and how can people please you? At least you have to like each other, so that then you can all come out together and please the people. One doesn't like the other, the other likes the third, the third likes the fourth, the fourth likes the fifth, and all this happens in front of the people. People are watching all this, and when representatives of one force don't like each other, in reality they are all one force. When people see this, that they don't like each other, how can people like such an eclectic political force. Let's leave aside the fact that everyone has already deciphered their agency. Accordingly, they have no resources. They have no resources either on the street, they have no resources either in the elections. But this is not the main thing. The main thing, as the famous saying tells us: "First the rule is the matter and then the matter is the matter." We must follow the rule. The rule is that there can be no place for agency in the political system. There is a concept of defensible democracy, which tells you that there should be no room left in the democratic space for the enemy of democracy. A very simple, well-known concept developed by Hans Kelsen. And this is a rule that must be observed.
If this rule is not observed, the country will constantly be in this regime of political terror that we have been through. Yes, we have now calmed the country, there have been five attempted revolutions in four years, we have adopted the following legislation: the Transparency Law, the Law on Grants, the Law on Assemblies, and other legislative acts. At the expense of this, the country has calmed down. But all this cannot calm us down. In order for our country to finally calm down, we must observe a simple rule that the enemies of democracy should not be represented in the democratic system, which is what the well-known theory, which is based on the principle of a legal state, tells us.
