No one who thinks sensibly likes foul language, insulting each other, - said Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze in response to a media question about the existence of hate speech on social networks.

According to him, encouragement of such actions is imposed from the outside and a certain amount of money is spent for this purpose.

"If we look at the trend, hate speech, polarization, attempts to confront, organizing revolutions, creating violent groups, encouragement are imposed from the outside and hundreds of millions of dollars have been spent on all this for years," - noted Kakha Kaladze.

According to the mayor, a relevant service was created for this purpose, which will also yield certain results.

"Hate speech is not a correct form of communication. You may not like someone, you may find something someone has done unacceptable, but this does not mean that you should physically or verbally abuse them. For this reason, a relevant service was created that works in this direction. It takes some time, but we will definitely have results," said Kakha Kaladze.
