We successfully completed the 11th consecutive night of military operations against Iran - US Central Command

According to the US Central Command (CENTCOM), on July 21, the 11th consecutive night of military operations against Iran was successfully completed.

According to CENTCOM, strikes were carried out on Iranian military operations centers, naval capabilities, military aviation hangars, unmanned aerial vehicle storage facilities and military logistics infrastructure. According to the command, the goal of the operation was to further restrict Iran's capabilities so that it could no longer pose a threat to commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz.

According to the American side, over the past three months, Iran has attacked more than 30 commercial vessels operating in an international maritime route vital to regional and global trade. CENTCOM estimates that these actions have endangered hundreds of civilian sailors and undermined freedom of navigation.

Central Command notes that despite Iran’s aggressive actions, the Strait of Hormuz remains open to commercial shipping. According to CENTCOM, since the beginning of May, U.S. forces have facilitated the safe transit of approximately 900 commercial vessels and 450 million barrels of crude oil.
