Irakli Kobakhidze meets with Singaporean President

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze met with Singaporean President Tharman Shanmugaratnam.

According to the government administration, the focus was on the potential for further deepening trade, economic and investment relations, as well as political and cultural ties.

The conversation touched upon the favorable business environment in Georgia and the country's investment opportunities. The Prime Minister confirmed the readiness of the Georgian government to deepen cooperation with the largest financial centers and investment funds in Singapore.

The meeting also discussed the potential for cooperation in the fields of tourism and innovation and the importance of using the existing potential in this direction.

The parties expressed hope that the high-level visit will take bilateral relations to a new level.

The Prime Minister thanked the President of Singapore for his strong support for Georgia's territorial integrity and sovereignty.
