According to the National Environmental Agency, from the evening of July 23 to the morning of July 24, scattered rain is expected in most of Georgia.

According to them, heavy rain is expected in some places in the territories of Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, Imereti, Samtskhe-Javakheti, Shida Kartli, Kvemo Kartli, Mtskheta-Mtianeti and Kakheti regions. In addition, lightning, hail and strong winds are possible.

"Expected heavy rainfall may cause water levels to rise in rivers, flash floods in small rivers, and the initiation and activation of landslides and mudslides in hilly and mountainous areas (danger level medium)," the information states.
