Police Arrest Previously Convicted Individual for Premeditated Murder in Gardabani Municipality

Police have arrested a previously convicted individual in the Gardabani Municipality on charges of premeditated murder.

The investigation established that, following a verbal altercation, the accused inflicted injuries on a young man using a bladed weapon. The victim died at the scene as a result of the injuries sustained.

Law enforcement officers apprehended the perpetrator following operational measures and investigative actions.

The investigation is proceeding under Article 108 of the Criminal Code, which carries a penalty of up to 15 years in prison.
