    By decision of the Government of Georgia, Ukrainian citizens who entered Georgia due to hostilities in Ukraine and continuously reside in Georgia will receive medical services until January 1, 2027

    By decision of the Government of Georgia, Ukrainian citizens who entered Georgia due to hostilities in Ukraine and continuously reside in Georgia will receive medical services until January 1, 2027

    By decision of the Government of Georgia, Ukrainian citizens who entered Georgia due to hostilities in Ukraine and continuously reside in Georgia will receive medical services until January 1, 2027.

    In addition, assistance in the amount of 300 GEL per family and 45 GEL per person for Ukrainian citizens who entered Georgia due to hostilities in Ukraine and persons with the right of permanent residence in Ukraine has been extended until January 1, 2027.

    According to the Government Administration, the relevant government decrees are signed by the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze.

    Cases where a person crossed the state border of Georgia and returned within no more than three days will also be considered as continuous residence in Georgia.

    The Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories of Georgia, the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs shall ensure the provision of appropriate medical services.

    For Ukrainian citizens, the following healthcare services are provided within the framework of the relevant year's state healthcare programs: immunization; treatment for tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS, including the provision of specific medications; maternal and child health services, including antenatal care and newborn screening; mental health services; diabetes management, including the provision of medication; dialysis; treatment for patients with rare diseases and those requiring continuous replacement therapy; and referral services—specifically, emergency medical services, including childbirth and emergency immunization.

    Regarding socio-economic support, the Social Service Agency is responsible for the disbursement of funds.

    The 45 GEL payment will cease, starting the following month, for any individual who has left the territory of Georgia. Similarly, the 300 GEL funding provided for housing arrangements under this same provision will be discontinued for a family starting the following month if all its members leave the territory of Georgia.
