"This is not a 'sharp' report. It would only be 'sharp' if it were based on facts. The report lacks any 'sharpness' whatsoever, because not a single point of criticism is backed by a solid argument," stated Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze in response to a journalist's question regarding the European Commission's report.

He added that the report is, in fact, "sharp" for its own authors.

"Consequently, we cannot characterize this report as 'sharp.' It is 'sharp' for its authors. It is 'sharp' for them precisely because they failed to present any critical remarks based on facts—which is a very regrettable state of affairs," the Prime Minister noted.
