Bidzina Ivanishvili Met with Israeli Ambassador to Georgia, Walid Abu Haya

Bidzina Ivanishvili, the founder and Honorary Chairman of "Georgian Dream," met with the Israeli Ambassador to Georgia, Walid Abu Haya.

According to the "Georgian Dream" press service, during the meeting held at the party's central office, the two sides discussed the close cooperation between the two countries and the positive dynamics observed across various sectors.

"Emphasis was placed on the 26-century-long relationship between Georgia and Israel, as well as the political ties rooted in the special friendship between the two nations. Furthermore, attention was directed toward the current global geopolitical situation, with a renewed emphasis on the importance of achieving peace and stability through diplomatic means for the benefit of nations and their peoples.

Bidzina Ivanishvili wished Walid Abu Haya success in his future endeavors.

During the meeting, a readiness was expressed to further strengthen the friendship and partnership between Georgia and Israel," the statement notes.
