US President Donald Trump has announced that the United States will not allow Iran to have enriched uranium.

According to him, the US does not need Iranian uranium and will probably destroy it after receiving it.

“We will take it. We do not need uranium, we do not want it. We will probably destroy it after receiving it, but we are not going to let them have it,” Trump told reporters at the White House.

He also said that Washington is against Tehran imposing a tax on the Strait of Hormuz. According to the White House leader, the Strait of Hormuz should be open to everyone.

“We want the Strait of Hormuz open. We want it to be free. We don’t want to pay a toll. This is an international shipping lane and there shouldn’t be a toll on it. There’s no ship that can go through it today without our permission. The Navy has done a fantastic job. No ship is going into Iran, as you know. No ship is going into Iran or out of Iran without our permission,” Trump said.
