Construction of Golf Pitch in final stage

Construction of a Golf Pitch at Tabori Slope in Tbilisi is in the final stage. Works, launched at the initiative of Tourism Development Fund for the arrangement of a recreational zone, continue.

According to Co-Investment Fund, the British Publication “Golf Course Architecture” became interested in the project and presented the concept.

“We wanted to arrange the infrastructure which would contribute to tourism growth and development in Tbilisi. The Gulf Pitch is located about 10-minute drive from Tbilisi center. We are sure that the project will attract many foreign tourists,” Kevin Ramsey, Chief Architecture of the project said.

The project envisages the creation of a recreational space across 402 009 square meters that will also include an artificial lake and tennis courts. A hotel will be built with 2 swimming pools, a spa center, a restaurant and sports hall. The cost of the project is USD 86 million.
