The building of TV Pirveli might be collateralized - Vato Tsereteli

If the judge satisfies the prosecutor's motion and the businessman Avtandil Tsereteli has to post 500 000 GEL bail, Tsereteli will collateralize the TV Pirveli building. The son of businessman and the owner of the TV Pirveli Vato Tsereteli told the reporters about this in the court:

“The prosecution cites Khadarkovsky vs. Russia as an example of bail. Unfortunately, my family is no longer in active business. I'll talk about the reasons a little bit later. The worst thing that can happen is that TV Pirveli building might be collateralized. I have to save my father because we are no longer in business and if we have to collateralize the property, we will have to do it with TV Pirveli building”, - says Vato Tsereteli.
