Geocell systematically conducts upgrade works in the network in order to achieve excellency and superior quality.
On June 13 and 14 company had been performing planned network modernization works, that serve for more up-to date and customer friendly experience for its clients.
An unforeseen delay was detected during the planned works on June 13, which resulted in a temporary outage for Lai Lai subscribers. The mentioned problem was solved in the minimum period of time. Although, today, certain delays occurred in service activations and balance recharge. At the moment all delays are eliminated and network is working in its normal mode.
We bring apologies to all affected subscribers for the created discomfort and thank them for their kind patience. Our customers’ satisfaction is of highest importance to us.
