    The Prosecutor's Office of Georgia has arrested one person for forcing a victim to have sex with him by threatening to reveal personal information.

    The Prosecutor's Office has released information about this.

    According to them, the detainee forced the victim to have sex with him by threatening to reveal personal information.

    "The detainee is charged under Article 139, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Georgia (forcing sexual penetration into a person's body, committed with the threat of disclosing information reflecting private life), which provides for up to 5 years of imprisonment as a form and measure of punishment. The prosecutor's office will apply to the court within the time limit established by law with a motion to impose imprisonment on the accused as a preventive measure," the information states.
