US President Donald Trump said that the way Iran is operating in the transportation of oil through the Strait of Hormuz does not comply with the terms of the agreement between the United States and Iran.

"Iran is very poorly - and some say, dishonestly - conducting oil transportation through the Strait of Hormuz. This is not the agreement that we have!" - Trump wrote in Truth Social.

Earlier, the US President said that according to reports, Iran is imposing fees on tankers passing through the Strait of Hormuz.

"There are reports that Iran is imposing fees on tankers passing through the Strait of Hormuz - it would be better if it were not so, and if it is, it would be better if they stopped it now!" - Trump said.
