The scarcity of leadership and the absence of outstanding leaders is one of the obvious problems in the context of modern world politics. Of course, there are exceptions, and this country, Turkey and its leader, - said the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, in his speech at the leaders' panel discussion "Defining the Future and Managing Risks" held within the framework of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

According to the head of government, there should be a political system that will be responsible for selecting leaders in states.

However, this does not give a generalized picture. On a global scale, this picture, I would say, is not pretty. There is an opinion that the HR managers of the planet are driven by wrong intentions when selecting different people as leaders in different countries. However, there should be a political system that will be responsible for selecting leaders in states. This is a big challenge that we see in different countries. During my childhood, the world had great leaders. I will not go into details and will not list names, but the world had great leaders, and now the situation is much different. Most likely, this negative "Informal influences are behind the events. As for the role and function of leaders, the most positive thing they can do is to focus on promoting dialogue, cooperation, connectivity.
