According to his own assessment, the introduction of the position of State Minister is necessary because there are great challenges in terms of security and public order, where there is gross interference from abroad.

“Therefore, coordinated work is of particular importance. I am sure that this position will be justified, such a position was needed in Georgia, and I am sure that Mamuka Mdinaradze will be justified. He will have an apparatus, a budget. This is the administration of the Government of Georgia. The government administration will provide this official with the services that are needed. Are you calling on us to introduce additional expenses and add more people? – I think you don’t want to, on the contrary,” said Tengiz Sharmanashvili.
