Unified National Exams Begin in Georgia
The Unified National Exams have begun in Georgia. The Unified National Exams will be held on July 2 with the Georgian Language and Literature exam and will end with the Physics exam on July 22.
Specifically, as for the detailed schedule of the 2026 exams, the Georgian Language and Literature exam will be held on July 2 (first and second sessions) and July 3 (first and second sessions). The Ossetian language exam will be on July 2 (first session);
The foreign language exam schedule is as follows: July 6 (first and second sessions) - English language; July 7 (first and second sessions) - English language; July 8 (first session) - Russian language; July 8 (first session) - German language; July 8 (first session) - French language;
The mathematics exam will be held on July 10 (first and second session); History on July 13 (first and second session) and July 14 (first session);
Chemistry exam will be on July 14 (second session); Civics on July 15 (first session); Biology on July 16 (first session); General skills (in Armenian) on July 17 (first session); General skills (in Azerbaijani) on July 17 (first session); Fine and Applied Arts on July 17 (first session); Geography on July 20 (second session); Literature on July 21 (first session); Physics on July 22 (first session).
As for the examination process for those registered for the teacher exams, according to NAEC, teachers will be involved in the process from July 5.
In addition, a student grant competition will be held on July 17, and master's degree candidates will take the general master's exam on July 23 and 24.
“The exam date, time of appearance for the exam and the address of the exam center will be indicated on the exam card. Information about when candidates will be able to print their cards from their registration page will be published on the official website of the National Center for Assessment and Examinations. In 2026, exam centers will be opened in Tbilisi, Batumi, Zugdidi, Kutaisi, Poti, Akhaltsikhe, Gori, Ozurgeti, Rustavi, Telavi, Khulo and Ambrolauri,” the information released by the National Center for Examinations states.
