CEC publishes preliminary results of by/extraordinary elections
The Central Election Commission (CEC) on Sunday published the first preliminary results of the April 29 by/extraordinary elections.
According to data from the 117 election precincts where electronic voting was used, 55,363 people voted in all ten municipalities. Akhaltsikhe had the greatest voter turnout, with 47.8% of ballots cast.
The preliminary results of the Parliamentary by-elections:
№ 21 – Besiki Tsuleiskiri (Free Georgia) 1,208 votes, 4.67 %
№41 Giorgi Khakhubia (Georgian Dream-Democratic Georgia) 24,646 votes, 95.33%
