    Georgia's economy grew by 10.7 percent in March - Geostat

    According to the preliminary estimate of the National Statistics Service, in March 2026, compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, real GDP growth amounted to 10.7 percent, while the average real growth of the first quarter was determined at 9.1 percent.

    According to Geostat, in March 2026, compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, such sectors as manufacturing, information and communication, professional, scientific and technical activities, mining, construction, transport and warehousing made a significant contribution to growth.

    At the same time, a downward trend was observed in the administrative and support services, as well as the hotels and restaurants sectors.
