Israel has launched a large-scale airstrike on Iran -  BBC

According to media reports, loud explosions were heard in various parts of the capital.

The Israel Defense Forces stated that the strike is targeting the “infrastructure of the terrorist regime” located in Tehran.

Earlier, an IDF spokesperson, Effie Defrin, said that operations against Iran and Hezbollah in Lebanon will continue for weeks.

He also noted that Israel will not allow Iran and its allies to pose a threat to the State of Israel.
