According to US President Donald Trump, the United States is in serious talks with a “new and more reasonable regime” on ending military operations in Iran.

According to Trump, “great progress” has been made in this direction, but if an agreement is not reached soon and the Strait of Hormuz is not opened immediately, the US will end its “presence” in Iran by destroying the country’s power generation facilities, oil wells and Kharg Island.

According to him, the US has not targeted these facilities so far. Trump also noted that desalination plants could also be targeted.

"This will be in response to the many American soldiers and others that Iran has killed during the old regime's 47-year 'reign of terror,'" Trump wrote.
