Any further foreign intervention in the conflict, under any pretext, will end with dangerous consequences - Massoud Fezeshkian

The Iranian president has warned European leaders that any intervention in the war will have dangerous consequences. According to media reports, Massoud Fezeshkian said this in a telephone conversation with the President of the European Council, Antonio Costa.

As "Siene" writes, according to the Iranian side, during the telephone conversation, Fezeshkian condemned the "negative and biased position of the European Union" towards the military actions of the US and Israel. According to him, these strikes are a "serious violation of international law and principles that Europe speaks of defending."

Fezeshkian also said that Iran began negotiations with the United States "in good faith", but during the negotiations they were attacked again, which, according to him, shows that Washington has no interest in diplomacy.

“Any further foreign intervention in the conflict, under any pretext, will end in dangerous consequences,” the Iranian president said.

In turn, as Koshta writes on social media, during the phone call, he called on Fezeshkian to “de-escalate and exercise restraint.”
